Tuvok was indeed honored to speak with Ambassador Spock. The two Vulcans talked at length, about many things."Tell me of your Talaxian traveling companion. He sounds like rather a complex individual."
Tuvok nodded in agreement, but felt compelled to preface his words on Neelix with a warning of sorts.
"He was, to be certain, far too emotional for my constant comfort. He was highly opinionated, insisting at all times that the most logical approach was not the best approach. Argumentative to a fault. Delighting in any aspect of my being a Vulcan that led to my discomfort. Willing to refrain from grotesque activities only at the cost of fighting ever harder for the illogical ideas behind these activities. Yet for all this, I count him as a true friend. His departure from Voyager to join a distant colony of his people will always remain for me a moving occasion."
Spock seemed to move to answer, but instead shocked Tuvok by moving to wipe his eye of a single tear.
"Ambassador. Are you well?"
Spock nodded.
"I am. Your words merely caused me to think upon Doctor McCoy."
